  Hi i am just writing to say that Shannan is absolutely great he gets ppl going and talks to them with passion as well as intensity, he actually reminds me greatly of the late Steve Erwin just the way he talks and gets right into his passion for life which in his case is fitness. Good on you Shannnan keep up the fantastic work and i WISH i could afford you i need to lose a few kilo's... (hint hint)

  And why can't your boyfriend find a tattoo he likes the look of himself? Copying someone else's tattoo has never really seemed a great idea to me.

  I am in awe of your work, you have used your knowledge of fitness to help these great contestants in the biggest loser achieve their dreams.
  It is a great show and a real eye opener. Just shows that no matter how overweight someone may be, you CAN be your goal weight.
  Keep up the awesome work, im a huge fan. :)

  Oh have my children you hun, have them, have them. =)))))))) So I can take a vacation. You can train them as much as you like.

  I see this guy at my local Fitness First occasionally. I seriously cannot believe a guy whose entire life is health and fitness isn't in better shape. Not only is his body inferior to my own but he doesn't have a fraction of my strength yet I'm a 37 year old office worker who barely trains twice a week!!!
  
  If you're going to be on a show like this surely someone a little more muscular and ripped is in order.

  Hi Shannan,
  My name is Rene and I am wishing to get in contact with you. I need some advice on how to help my dad. He is trying hard to get fit to see my new baby sister grow up. But he just relapses at times. He gives in too easily and seems to have an extremely negative attitude towards certain things. He has just given up smoking but is becoming quite edgy about things and seems to want to argue alot more. He is still drinking and needs some tips on controlling his intake. I would love to be supportive of him but he just seems to push people away and struggles by himself.

  Shannan is extremely unlikely to read this as it is an unofficial site.
  There are other support options available to your Dad than Shannan though. A good start would be getting him to have a full physical with his GP as that may open his eyes to the damage he's doing to himself.
