actually, i crumbed some slices of eggplant for dinner last week, and they did a pretty good job of resembling crumbed chicken...had pretty much the same texture and a similar, though more plain, taste. i'll marinate it next time, see if that works *s*

the weird colours? but i'm a rainbow girl and it never stopped...er, nevermind ;p

Well, if you look at people like Adro (who still looks great), I guess they can keep it off.

One of the problems I have always had about TBL is that the weight loss is unrealistic in the real world.

I don't know if she lost it legitimately or not, but you have to remember that losing weight is pretty much all those people do at the moment, so they're going to get results that might be considered "bad" in the real world. Most of them do more than 2kg a week at the moment and I expect that some of them will probably put some back on after the show, but some will keep it all off, too?

When I was pregnant, I would only consider "real" names for my babies. So to make sure it was indeed a real name, I would google it -- "NAME +meaning". If there was a meaning somewhere on the net, chances were it was a real name.

So I did that for Munnalita, NOTHING. All the hits were references to TBL and this Munna. I personally think it isn't a real name, and google kinda confirmed it.

When I saw the 9kgs, I thought it had to be a fix. BTW, losing 9kgs in a week is not healthy. It isn't sustainable, and she will probably regain it at some point.

To lose weight and keep it off, slow and steady is the only way. Anything more than about 2kgs a week, and you will regain it.

and being alive is good for chickens! besides, there's nothing i can get from chickens that i can't get from tofu, nuts and/or legumes...besides the guilt that something had to die to make it to my plate. tofu is totally guilt free :D

is it the texture or the taste that gets you about salads? coz we could juice vegies for you in the apple murderer 3000? :D there's a blog entry here about how to sneak vegies into yummy things and how to disguise the taste of the nasty stuff. the article is for the benefit of kids, but i'm planning on using it to figure out how to add spinach into nomnomnoms so i can get me some iron! and the fact that it's meant for kids is probably good for me as well *beam*

I dont know why, but i think Pati and Marty will both vote for Laura and Damien (Sticking with greg as a fellow red)

"Stuff the red team Courtney" will probably vote Greg and Mel because of that deal he made with Damien

And i think Munalita will probably vote Greg and Mel as well, because she feels threatened by Mel.

But yeah, either way one of my favourite 2 (Mel and Damien) will go.

OK was I just hearing things or did Ajay say, previewing tomorrow's elimination just before the credits, "How does it feel to be leaving the house, Greg?" I didn't tape the show so can't check it but I think that's what was said. No fair, I was really going for the Greek Dynamo and Red! (Not a bad name for a super hero duo.)
