    I don't like them at the start. I think the contestants should get at least 1-2 weeks to have a chance of having their habits changed and getting better educated as to what they need to doto change their lifestyle.

    That's a good point. However the flipside of that is that if they've been there a couple weeks, they've also made it through a couple of weeks of "the game" by themself, and then they have that hard work/sneakiness negated by a flip of the coin decision.
