But yes, maybe 15 minutes of actual challenge watching, the rest was "Previously/Tonight on TBL", intro credits, outtro credits, "after the break", "before the break" and just general rubbish!
They could have cut some of the crap and told us the result tonight. Sunday night is weigh in night, one of the most watched nights of the week. Holding off the result from Friday just means less people will watch in Friday! :)

As for that person,Niccole, trying to sabotage her own team--I don't mind 'playing the game,
but that is just plain mean--hope the reds win !

Was great to be able to read your recaps. They are straight to the point and honest, so much better than the C10 site! Keep up the great work!
ps. hope red lose and Nicole goes home. Can't stand her, she loses the least amount of weight, yet they don't vote her out. People who didn't even get on the show have lost more than her! She only got in on the back of her twin!

I'm hoping Nicole will be the one sent home, too. She's really started to get my goat in the last week or so.
If she doesn't get immunity and Red go to elimination, I suspect she'll be the one to go. Even if Nicola doesn't lose as much and doesn't have as much potential, I think Cosi and Garry would rather have her around than another week of the sourpuss!
