Started by Mythor · 10 months ago

Previously on The Biggest Loser, Garry made a pig of himself by eating 91 jaffas… and then tried to blame it all on teammate Sam.
Tonight, Red must confront trainer Michelle… and the Black Team’s existence is revealed to the White House.
They are coming& ... Continue reading »

  • “This is the White House, it’s not the Black House!” - John ... my first thought 'It's not the Blue house either Johnny!'
Cosi is hilarious. I love the way that he and Nicola so obviously dislike Sheridan, who really does appear to have 'issues'. Enjoyed the show and enjoyed the blog.

Yeah, what is up with showing Steven anyway? Quitter!
  • I guess they filmed all that stuff while he was still there and were too lazy/disorganised to change it? Not sure, was very weird after all the fuss they made over him leaving.
  • Really wondering about the mentality of Garry and Sheridan. Both of them act like such sooky kids! There cannot be one woman in Australia who could possibly find Garry's moaning about missing his momma attractive. A 32 year old man who can't shop for himself, cook for himself, choose wisely about his diet... what a catch. Not! And this "I need to be looked after by a boy" business is frankly quite sickening. Little Sherri needs to face up to facts - relationships are give and take, good and bad. Not being baby sat. Does she assume Michael will oversee her diet? Her exercise? Just be there to hold hands and look soulfully into her eyes? Bah!
  • To be fair to Sheridan, she did say she'd never let a boy take care of her before. I think she's just got a bit stupid now she's found love.
    It's a pretty common affliction. :D

Garry not having been in a supermarket since the 80s still has me boggling. Even I've been more recently than that, and I get my groceries delivered!
How's he survived all this time and not been to a supermarket?!
  • I'm going to suppose here, that nobody has looked at Sheridan's video diary where she quite blatantly says that if she has to flirt and be the little princess to get ahead in the house, then she will. To get ahead and to stay in the game, she is prepared to do anything.

Now, who wants to take bets on how genuine her 'feelings' are? I'm guessing she realises she is on very shaky ground not only in her own team, but in the Blue team. There's very little love lost for Sheridan. I'm prepared to bet that as she and Cosi have such an enormous dislike for each other and Sam and Garry actively dislike her, then she has gone outside her team looking for support and hoping she makes it far enough into the game to be able to use it. Both John and Sean have previously stated a dislike for her, so that just leaves poor innocent dopey Michael.

Apart from Michael, I think the only person in either team that has any sort of liking for Sheridan is Nicole, who is equally unlikable.
  • What happened to "The Walk"? Not that I am complaining about its absence. But, if you were playing for immunity in Temptation with the pretence that you'd get some control over "The Walk", you'd be pissed.

I am so over Cosi. He is just a jackass.
  • They specifically said there's no immunity on offer during yesterday's Temptation. Not sure what happens to Garry's immunity now either, it would be a bit unfair to just let him keep it when nobody had a chance to remove it.

    Really? I'm loving Cosi. Because he's a bit of a jackass. :D
People keep saying they think he's nasty but I'm just not seeing it. He seems to be doing things in good fun most of the time so I'm not sure he's really the horrible person people have been saying.
  • Yeah, I did see that video diary.
I'm not sure that her lack of experience - which she's always reminding us about - would let her convincingly fake it with Michael though. Unless Michael has been even more "unlucky" than Sheridan. Then he might be too excited at being able to touch a real live girl that he doesn't care if she's faking, so long as he can keep touching! ;)

I don't know that Alison dislikes her? She doesn't seem to really dislike anyone much!
  • I'm loving Cosi too!
I don't believe he is the horrible person people are saying he is, it is just his sense of humour.

I can't believe that they all (including the trainers) could really not have expected to see any of the other 15 turn up again further along in the game...all those shocked faces and comments were hilarious!!!
Haven't they watched any of the previous seasons??
  • There was no immunity!?! He ate 91 jaffas for nothing?!? Bwahahahaha! I obviously wasn't paying much attention.

I don't think Cosi is nasty, per say. I just think he is wanker.
  • Agreed! After last year's Commando, surely, they would have been expecting some sort of extra contestants.
  • I'm not sure it was so much the extra contestants that came as a surprise - they'd've seen Chris and Kimberlie from last season - I think it was more that it was Bob and Jillian training them, particularly for Shannan and Michelle, who had apparently been assured that it was going to be an All-Aussie season this year.

It'd be interesting to be able to get an honest interview with them both about the situation at the time it happened. I expect their contracts would have prevented them airing their honest opinions... ;-)
  • He ate 91 jaffas to see a short video clip with his Mum in it. Which is why he's coming in for such heavy criticism, because it was so utterly pathetic. ;)
  • Yeah, I'm loving Cosi - I dont' see the mean side either! It seems to me like he just doesn't get into all the little dramas and doesn't mind laughing at them when they're being melodramatic twits.

I thought maybe they kept Steven in because if they said "We had 4 but one quit" the guys in the White House might then be like "Well they're not too tough then"..
  • Oh, yeah, that's a good point. No sense making it seem too easy right from the start! I wonder if they'll tell them the truth when they do get there?
